Anthony Raja is Regional Senior Director at BTI Consultants, Malaysia. Responsible for the overall management and profitability of both BTI and Kelly’s Outsourcing and Consulting Group in Malaysia. He infuses organizations with proven Outsourcing & HR Consulting solutions for that indispensable edge to stay competitive. Heading all six (6) of our specialised divisions in KellyOCG (including BTI), he leads his team in the conceptualization, design and implementation of HR Outsourcing & Consulting programs in Recruitment Process, Contingent Workforce, Business Process, HR Consulting, Global Executive Search, Career Transition and Organizational Effectiveness Consulting. These form the complete gamut of HR activity within the Human Capital Framework.
A much sought after speaker in the industry, Anthony Raja has been quoted in various local media and has presented to many human resource communities. He holds membership in various local and international associations such as the Malaysian Institute of Management, PIKOM, Human Capital Institute (HCI), the Association of Career Professionals International (ACP), IAOP, SHRM & Exco for Policy Enablement with Outsourcing Malaysia.
From network services, engineering to e-business solutions, Anthony Raja has worked both in India and Malaysia, within technical roles to Chief Executive Officer. Having served the Kelly Group for more than 9 years, he brings with him a wealth of experience in sector based HR Outsourcing and Consulting, ICT Learning and Development, Professional/Technical Outsourcing, Recruitment and Executive Search Consulting Services.
Anthony Raja graduated from Loyola College in Science, a post graduate diploma in Computing from UK and obtained his Masters in Business Administration in the US majoring in Marketing and Management Information Systems (MIS). He is an avid supporter of charities in Malaysia and personally devotes time as a volunteer at local community welfare organisations.
