As Country General Manager of BTI Consultants and Kelly Services Indonesia, Bernadette oversees all the operations of BTI and Kelly Services operations in Indonesia.  She also overseas the operation and growth of the Outsourcing and Consulting practice areas under the Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting (KellyOCG) division, supporting career transition practices and outsourcing programs in-country. With 18 years of experience in the executive resourcing/search area, her strong network among MNC as well as local companies in Indonesia continues to grow as she works closely with industry leaders to improve the awareness of conscious leadership in Indonesia.

Bernadette strongly believes in giving back to socitey and is very active in driving community development program within our organisation.  She is not only involved as a facilitator and trainer in one of Indonesia’s street children foundation, but a avid supporter of Greenpeace Southeast Asia.

Her motto is to do everything thing with your heart and it will be always meaningful.
