Research Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand client's industry and requirements in order to fulfill the talent acquisition needs.
  • Adopting appropriate research methodologies to identify and attract suitable and high performing candidates
  • Assessment of candidates based on client requirements and presentation of feedback/updates to Consultants
  • Qualify and screen candidates before presenting to search consultants
  • Coordinate interview schedules and closely following up on the progress
  • Capture and share market intelligence with team from regular networking sessions and exposure to candidates


Requirements:

  • Candidate should posses at least a Bachelor's Degree or any tertiary education in relevant field.
  • Computer savvy (MS Office Pro, Internet).
  • Good communication skills, lateral thinking, able to quickly and correctly associate.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicant may substitute project thesis/report for working experience.
 

Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, selection and placement of candidates according to client's requirement.
  • Advise clients on the job market and availability of the talents.
  • Prepare candidate's profile for submission to client.
  • Evaluate and identify employers' recruitment needs through both calls and face to face meeting.
  • Interview and meet candidates to find the perfect fit to suit the customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new customers focusing on long-term development.
  • Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment.
  • Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
  • Manage the process through interview to offer stage and beyond.


Requirements:

  • Candidate should posses at least a Bachelor's Degree or any tertiary education in relevant field.
  • Outgoing, confidence and has a strong communication skills.
  • Able to interact with all levels of people.
  • Enjoys building relationships and is a team player.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services which assist organisations in improving productivity and overall performance
  • Manage the team by developing continuous improvement plans,monitoring, controlling performance of consultants and optimising and managing the  available resources to achieve an efficient & effective operations
  • Ensuring market share by obtaining full product knowledge and understanding of how the team can best provide solution(s) for our Client talent acquisition needs.
  • Involve meeting with clients and researching and analyzing data.
  • Identify and qualifying leads for talent acquisition and talent management needs.
  • Meetings with top/senior management of target companies.
  • Ensure good quality services and maintains goodrelationship.
  • Actively engaged with relevant industry forums or professional bodies.


Requirements:

  • Candidate should posses at least a Bachelor's Degree or any tertiary education in relevant field.
  • Excellent command of the English Language (written &spoken).
  • Strong leadership skills, resourceful, andresult-oriented.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
